The latest addition to the prospering area is the Rotterdam residence, a housing complex inspired by the city of Rotterdam, a lively and modern city in the Netherlands.

Rotterdam presents an innovative and modern housing concept. Benefiting from its neighbouring Jababeka Golf & Country Club, the housing offers a boundless amount of fresh air.

We designed a modern and straightforward logo for Rotterdam. The colours chosen are a nod to the classic colours of the Netherlands, the negative space between the windmill and squares forms a house shape.
