Palma Serasih started its journey as a private, family-owned company in 2008. Since its establishment, Palma Serasih has built a strong relationship with and also supported by the local communities. In late 2019, the company conducted its Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the PSGO ticker.

The company and its subsidiaries have achieved around 34,000 ha planted areas and have continued to grow to be one of the leading and most integrated palm oil companies in Indonesia.
